Privacy policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This policy explains what personal information Naitiv collects through this website, why we collect it, and your rights. We collect as little as we can.
Who we are
Naitiv Technologies Limited ("Naitiv", "we") is the data controller for the personal information described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16207355, at Unit 5, The Piano Works, 117 Farringdon Rd, London EC1R 3BX.
For any question about your personal information, email contact@wearenaitiv.com.
Information you provide
Enquiries. When you use the form on our contact page, we collect your name, your work email address, the name of your business and your message. You can also tell us how you heard about us. With the enquiry, the form sends the campaign details of the link that brought you to the site, if there was one (for example, "LinkedIn, post 04"). The website does not store the enquiry. It sends it to our team by email, and it adds a copy to our enquiry log, a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace. We keep it there so that we can reply and see which of our posts and channels bring enquiries.
Emails. When you email us, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
If your enquiry leads to work together, we keep the information we need to manage that relationship.
Booking a consultation
Our contact page lets you book a conversation through Google Calendar's appointment booking. The booking calendar loads only when you choose to show it. When you book, Google Calendar collects your name, your email address and any details you add, and it adds the appointment to our calendar. You can also book by email instead.
Information collected automatically
Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location such as the country or city. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and Google signals and advertising features are off. If you do not accept, Google Analytics does not load.
Security. Like every website, our servers receive your IP address and basic request details when you visit. We use them only to keep the site running and secure, for example to stop automated form spam. Rate-limit records are held in memory for a few seconds and are not stored.
Cookies. We use two essential cookies and, only with your consent, Google Analytics cookies. Our cookie policy lists them and lets you change your choice.
